During your designated drive-through time slot, you will be able to pick up your student's classroom items, the school yearbook, any medications we have on file for your student, and more. We also have some fun surprises up our sleeves!
In an effort to reduce crowds and wait times, please follow the below arrival time schedule:
- 9:00 AM - Kindergarten
- Siblings of Kinders are invited to come at this time too
- 9:45 AM - 5th Graders
- Siblings of 5th graders are invited to come at this times too
- 10:30 AM - A-F Last Names
- 11:15 AM - G-P Last Names
- 12:00 PM - Q-Z Last Names

EVENT REMINDERS:
• Hang your Elevate window placards with your student’s last name to help us quickly distribute their belongings (if you do not have a placard, on a piece of paper, write large and legibly your student’s Last and First Name, Grade, and Teacher’s Last Name; and place it on your dash).
• For safety, please follow traffic controller directions.
• Out of consideration for our neighbors please refrain from honking your car horn.
• Kinder & 5th graders, try to be on the passenger side of your vehicle for photos as much as you’re able.
• If you checked out a device, please have the device AND charging cable ready for the drop off station.
• The Elevate team will be wearing face coverings, disposable gloves, and will strictly observe physical distancing requirements.
• For the safety of everyone please stay inside your car during the entire event and wear your face covering.

FAQ’s
- YEARBOOKS: If you pre-ordered the yearbook by June 7, 2020 they will be in your student’s belongings bag given out at the Drive-Through Extravaganza. They will also be available for purchase on site. Click here to order one now!
- LUNCH MONEY: Please check your lunch balance in the Titan Family Portal.
- Negative Balances must be paid by June 9, 2020. As a convenience to families, exact change can be brought to the school on June 9, 2020 during the Drive-Through Extravaganza.
- All positive lunch balances will roll over to next year. If you would like a refund please contact [email protected].
- Refund checks will be mailed directly to the mailing address we have on file. You should receive your refund check by June 19, 2020. If not, please contact the school office M-F between 9 AM - 2 PM.
- CAN WE COME AT ANOTHER TIME? We prefer that you come during your assigned time slot, per the schedule above, but if you have a scheduling conflict we understand. Come as close to your assigned time slot as you are able to between the hours of 9 AM - 12:30 PM.
- WE CAN’T ATTEND ON TUE. 6/9: If you are unable to attend the Drive-Through Extravaganza please contact the school office M-F between 9 AM - 2 PM to arrange an alternate time to pick up your student’s belongings. The school office continues to be closed until further notice.
- LOST AND FOUND: If your student’s jacket or sweater was found on campus, and had their name in it, then it will be returned to you during the Drive-Through Extravaganza. All other lost and found items were discarded.
