We are a tuition-free, award-winning public charter school. As we look forward to another school year, we appreciate your partnership in making this a rewarding school year. As our Vision Statement proclaims, our entire staff is committed to inspiring every student to be excellent in academics, exceptional in leadership, and extraordinary in creativity. We believe each of these elements is critical as students develop their abilities, learn new skills, and prepare to influence the world around them both now and in the future.

The Elevate School is a K-8 public charter school that operates on three campuses in San Diego, serving the San Diego community in Serra Mesa and Tierrasanta. Each year, between 30-40% of our student population is comprised of military families. Additionally, as our school has grown each year, our students of color now represent over 60% of the student body, and 43% of the students qualify for free lunches (low-income families.)

The Elevate School has been recognized as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School which teaches our students leadership and life skills based on Stephen Covey's bestselling book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Here at The Elevate School, we believe that every student can be a leader.

The Elevate School was a 2021 National Blue-Ribbon School Recipient.  As stated on the US Department of Education website; This coveted National Blue-Ribbon School award affirms the hard work of students, educators, families, and communities in creating safe and welcoming schools where students master challenging and engaging content. The National Blue-Ribbon School flag gracing an entry or flying overhead is a widely recognized symbol of exemplary teaching and learning.

Additionally, the Elevate School is a California Distinguished School.  If you are not familiar with this award, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Tom Torlakson, described California Distinguished Schools as those that, "Implement outstanding educational programs and practices that help California students realize their potential, and put them on the path to achieve their dreams. Every day at these schools, teachers, administrators and classified employees, working with parents, apply their dedication, creativity, and talents toward providing a great education for all their students.”

Thank you so much for your consideration in donating to our students.
