About

Arianna Donnelly, known to the students as Coach Donnelly, graduated from CSU Monterey Bay with a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science and later completed her teaching credential in Physical Education, Health, and Social Science through National University. She has always had a passion for sport and fitness and aspires to use her passions to positively impact today's youth. She brings energy and enthusiasm in her physical education classes to help her students learn how to lead active lifestyles both inside and outside of their school environment. 
     

On top of getting to share her enthusiasm for physical activity in the classroom, Coach Donnelly also began the after school sports program at the middle school in 2023. Growing from only one competition team to offering multiple competitive sports and after school skills clinics, Coach Donnelly has loved seeing the integration of the program into the students' everyday interactions with the Golden Eagle community. 
     

Outside the classroom, Coach Donnelly coaches competitive travel volleyball teams and enjoys playing beach volleyball with her friends. She also spends quite a bit of time at the gym focusing on her personal fitness and rock climbing with her husband.
