Mrs. Alktan is a dedicated educator with a strong foundation in elementary education. She was born and raised in San Diego, California, and is a proud graduate of California State University San Marcos, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies in 2013, followed by a Multiple Subject Credential and a Master’s degree in Arts of Teaching in 2018.

 

With extensive experience working with students from Kindergarten through 5th grade, Mrs. Alktan is passionate about teaching and committed to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. Her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher is reflected in her enthusiasm and dedication to her students.

 

Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Alktan enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking or relaxing at the beach. She values quality time with family and friends and embraces new challenges. She married in July 2023 and has been cherishing the journey of marriage with her husband ever since!

 

Mrs. Alktan is excited to foster the academic and personal growth of her students. She is eager to partner with parents and families to ensure a successful and enriching school year for all.
