Julayne Kilcullen grew up in Colorado, but moved out to San Diego to attend college. She graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Psychology. Julayne's experience with kids ranges far, including nannying, respite care, and even teaching in Rwanda. At Elevate, she does RTI in both the 1st and 2nd grade classroom. She is also the ELO-P Coordinator and is beginning the process of enrichment opportunities for the students at Elevate. Ms. Julayne loves being outside camping and off-roading. She loves spending time with her friends, family, and her cat.
