Apply online by creating a SchoolMint account here between December 1 and March 1.

Lottery priority is given in this order: 

1. Children of staff and board members (not to exceed 10%)
2. Siblings of currently enrolled or admitted Elevate students*
3. Children of parents on Active Duty in the Armed Forces (not to exceed 40%)
4. Students living within the district boundaries of San Diego Unified School District
5. All other applicants

*Note: If one sibling is offered enrollment during the lottery, other sibling applicants are afforded sibling priority. Siblings of a currently enrolled 8th grade student are also granted sibling preference.

Information Meetings are usually offered in person and online during the Open Enrollment period. Check this link to find upcoming meeting availability and watch campus tour videos. Parents of applicants are highly encouraged to attend an Information Meeting in order to discover the hallmarks of Elevate and hear a message from our Executive Director.

Any applications received after this date cannot be considered for the lottery and are placed on a waiting list after all Lottery Applications.

The Enrollment Lottery will be run online on March 21 and SchoolMint will notify you of the results for your child. You will be able to view your child’s lottery result/placement anytime by logging into SchoolMint (mobile app or website).

If your child is offered admission:

• The offer is valid for two weeks.
• Please accept or decline as soon as possible via SchoolMint as a courtesy to other families who are waitlisted.
• If you accept the SchoolMint offer, please also begin 2025-26 online enrollment forms in Aeries. The link will be provided with the Offer of Enrollment.
• To secure your child's placement for the coming school year, enrollment forms must be submitted by April 30.
• If deadlines are not met, the admission offer will be rescinded and given to another applicant on the waitlist.

If your child is placed on the waitlist, you will receive SchoolMint notifications if and when waitlist changes occur or if your child is eventually offered admission.

• Detailed Lottery Procedures

• If your child was offered admission and you accepted the offer, Registration forms must be completed online via Aeries Online Enrollment by April 30 to secure your child’s placement for the coming school year.
• If your child was waitlisted, please monitor movement of your child’s waitlist number via SchoolMint (mobile app or website).
• If your child moves up the waiting list and is eventually offered admission:
  • • Please accept or decline as soon as possible via SchoolMint as a courtesy to other families who are waitlisted.
    • Two attempts will be made to notify the primary contact by whatever contact method the parent/guardian provided in SchoolMint. The Offer of Admission is valid for 48 hours after the second attempt.  An acceptance reply must be submitted via SchoolMint within 48 hours to secure the student’s placement.  After this time, the offer will be rescinded and passed to the next student on the waitlist.
    • If you accept the SchoolMint offer, please also begin 2025-26 Enrollment forms online via Aeries Online Enrollment.  To secure your child’s placement for the coming school year, Enrollment forms must be submitted by April 30.

• If your child is still waitlisted during this time, continue to monitor movement of your child's waitlist number via SchoolMint (app or website).
• If your child moves up the waiting list and is eventually offered admission:
  • Please accept or decline as soon as possible via SchoolMint as a courtesy to other families who are waitlisted.
