We are proud to be recognized as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School, teaching our students leadership and life skills based on Stephen Covey's bestselling book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. The Leader in Me is the foundation that all of our other programs and initatives rest on. We model and educate our students to follow these habits, which are: Be Proactive, Begin with the End in Mind, Put First Things First, Think Win-Win, Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood, Synergize, Sharpen the Saw, and Find Our Voice and Inspire Others to Find Theirs. These habits are incorporated into our daily life here at Elevate. We believe that learning and living these habits helps our students lead both themselves and others in a way that aligns with both our school's vision and mission.
