Elevate School utilizes research-based best practices to ensure each child thrives both academically and socially. Our K-8 teachers provide rigorous, standards aligned lessons through an inquiry-based model of learning. Along with core subjects of reading, writing, math, social studies and science, student in all grades participate in enrichment classes which include PE, Art and STEAM. Our ELA and Social Studies curriculum is school created to ensure standards learning is rigorous. Teachers begin by unpacking the standards and develop engaging lessons to ensure mastery of those standards through foundational reading skills, writing and the use of rich texts. We use Illustrative Math, which incorporates academic discourse and inquiry to help students learn math concepts deeply.
Units of study incorporate rigorous problem-based learning projects that provide real-world contexts, allowing learning to be connected to other curricular areas and making learning meaningful.

Teachers begin by unpacking the state standards to design engaging lessons that build foundational reading skills, develop strong writing abilities, and incorporate rich texts.
For math, we use Illustrative Math, which emphasizes academic discourse and inquiry-based learning to promote deep conceptual understanding. Units across subjects integrate problem-based that connect academics to real-world contexts—making learning meaningful and interdisciplinary.
