Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)
At Elevate, we are proud to implement a comprehensive Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) that allows us to meet the diverse needs of every student. Our Tier 1 supports are designed for all students and include high-quality classroom instruction, the Leader in Me leadership program, and positive behavior supports that foster a safe and empowering learning environment. Tier 2 provides targeted support through differentiated small group instruction both in the classroom and through our Response to Intervention (RTI) program. For students requiring more individualized assistance, Tier 3 offers 1:1 support tailored to their unique needs. In addition, all students benefit from access to counseling services and opportunities to grow through campus-wide leadership roles. Through MTSS, we are committed to nurturing the academic, social, and emotional success of every child at Elevate.

Response to Intervention (RTI) Program
At Elevate, our Response to Intervention (RTI) program is a foundational part of our stuents' academic success, providing targeted support in ELA and Math to ensure all students thrive. Students are invited to participate in RTI based on assessment data, and their progress is closely monitored to guide instruction. Our innovative model pairs a dedicated interventionist with each K–5 grade level, allowing for strong collaboration between classroom teachers and interventionists. Together, they implement research-based, systematic interventions tailored to student needs. Through this proactive and data-driven approach, we are proud to provide the support every learner deserves.
