Can you believe it? We are less than one month away from the First Day of School (Tuesday, August 12)!

Please read below for important dates and next steps to prepare for the 2025-2026 School Year. We look forward to seeing you all very soon.

STUDENT MEDS FOR 2025/2026
All returning and new students who will need to take prescription medication during school (this includes inhalers, epi-pens, etc.) must submit a Permission to Administer Medication Form which requires a signature by the student's doctor and parent/guardian. Forms from last school year do not transfer to this year - a new one must be submitted. Completed forms can be faxed to our office (619) 839-3700, emailed to info@elevateschool.com, or turned in to the school office when you bring in the medication.

BREAKFAST & LUNCH PROGRAM

Daily lunch and breakfast are available free of cost for each student. Learn how to get started with our Lunch Program here.


OUTERWEAR & HAT DRESS CODE

Starting in the 2025–26 school year, all students will be expected to wear solid grey or navy outerwear; this includes sweaters, sweatshirts, hoodies, or jackets. To support a clear and cohesive uniform experience, we will begin the start of the school year with this expectation. Additionally, hats and hoods will continue to remain off while indoors. ENROLLMENT CHANGES?

If your school plans have changed and your current Elevate student will not be returning for the 25-26 school year, please complete Elevate's  Unenrollment Form here.


STUDENT ORIENTATION
Save the Date! Elevate's Student Orientation is Monday, August 11.  
At Orientation, students can meet their teacher, take a self-guided tour of the campus, drop off their school supplies, and more. Additional details to be announced.

NEW STUDENT CHECKLIST
Do you have a new student starting this year? Please refer to the below checklist of items.
- New Student Enrollment Forms (refer to your enrollment email or Aeries Portal)
- Uniform(s)
- Back to School Supplies
- Sign up for Before / After School Care?
- Sign up for Breakfast / Lunch Program. If applicable, complete Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations Form.
- Complete Permission to Administer Medication Form (if student will be needing prescription medication at school)
- For Grades 4-8, if your student will be walking home, please complete the Permission to Walk Home Form.
- Want to volunteer on campus? Complete the Volunteer Application Process (good for 3 years).
