STUDENT MEDS
All returning and new students who will need to take prescription medication during school (this includes inhalers, epi-pens, etc.) must submit a Permission to Administer Medication Form which requires a signature by the student's doctor and parent/guardian. Forms from last school year do not transfer to this year. Completed forms can be faxed to our office (619) 839-3700, emailed to info@elevateschool.com, or turned into the school office when you bring in the medication.

ENROLLMENT CHANGES?
If your school plans have changed and your Elevate student will not be attending the 25-26 school year, please complete Elevate's Unenrollment Form here.

PARENTSQUARE APP
ParentSquare is the platform that Elevate uses to communicate with families and how you can communicate with your teacher and staff. Be sure to register and download the free App so you don't miss any updates, reminders, and emergency alerts! Learn how to get set up here.

Uniforms & Dress Code

Free Uniform
If you have not signed up for your annual free Elevate polo yet, now's the time!

Outerwear Update
Starting this school year, all students will be expected to wear solid grey or navy outerwear; this includes sweaters, sweatshirts, hoodies, or jackets. To support a clear and cohesive uniform experience, we will begin the start of the school year with this expectation. Additionally, hats and hoods will continue to remain off while indoors. Please also remember to label all outerwear with your student's name.

Read up on the dress code and learn how to order your free Elevate polo here!

Breakfast & Lunch Program

Our school breakfast and lunch program offers nutritious, fresh, homemade lunches using local vendors through Top Notch Catering. This year, meals are free for all students so we highly encourage parents to take advantage of this great opportunity!
