ENCOURAGERS, ROLE MODELS, & CHEERLEADERS
alt_text
At Elevate, we believe every student has the power to grow and lead. Our Response to Intervention (RTI) program is one of the many ways we live out our core values of excellence, leadership, justice, and community each day.

Through small-group support in math and English Language Arts (ELA), our RTI team provides students with the extra boost they need to reach their goals. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, our staff tailors instruction to each learner, helping them strengthen skills, build confidence, and take ownership of their learning.

What truly makes our RTI program special is the heart behind the help. Our RTI staff work both inside and outside the classroom, collaborating closely with classroom teachers to make sure students feel supported everywhere they learn. They are not just academic support, they are encouragers, role models, and cheerleaders who help every child discover their strengths and celebrate their progress.

These meaningful connections create a strong sense of community and belonging. Students know someone is always in their corner, ready to listen, guide, and celebrate their wins, big or small. When children feel seen and supported, they begin to believe in themselves and take initiative, living out the habit of being proactive and striving for excellence in all they do.

Our RTI program reminds us that learning happens best in the context of community. With compassion, collaboration, and commitment, our staff helps students not only grow academically but also develop the leadership and confidence to succeed in school and beyond. We are so thankful for our amazing RTI staff!
