Session 4 Lottery Club Sign-Up

Hello Elevate Parents,
We are thrilled to announce that Session 4 will begin February 17th! Lottery sign-up will go out Monday, February 2 and will close the evening of Wednesday, February 4th. Families will be notified of acceptance or waitlist status by Monday, February 9th. Please take a moment to review the information below for details on the clubs that will be offered. Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot in a club. Spots will be given on a lottery basis. Please take a moment to review the information below for details on the clubs that will be offered.
Please note that ALL three campuses fill out the same form so please pay attention to which campus your child attends and ONLY select those clubs.
***Families who qualify for free/reduced meals AND have a designation letter from Elevate, will receive priority placement in clubs. In order to receive this, the designation letter must be uploaded below. For any additional information on how to receive a free/reduced meal designation letter please go to our website. EL students will also receive priority placement.
Serra Mesa
Club Name: Basketball Club (Kindergarten Only)
Description: Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of basketball and will have the opportunity to practice and play with the guidance of a coach.
Time: Tuesdays, 2:45–3:45
Instructor: Coach Webber
Club Name: Comic Book Club (1st through 3rd Grade Only)
Description: Students will dive into the exciting world of comics as they learn the different parts of a comic book. Throughout the club, students will plan, illustrate, and write their own original stories. By the end of the session, each student will complete a fully created comic book they can take home and share with family and friends!
Time: Wednesdays, 2:45–3:45

Club Name: Science Club (4th and 5th Grade Only)
Description: Get ready to experiment, explore, and discover! In Science Club, students will become junior scientists as they take part in hands-on experiments and fun challenges. Each week brings new discoveries that make learning science exciting and engaging.
Time: Tuesdays, 3:05–4:05

Club Name: Dance Club (4th and 5th Grade Only)
Description: Get ready to move and groove! In Dance Club, we’ll explore a variety of dance styles, improve our flexibility and coordination, and learn how to express ourselves through movement. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy, curiosity, and best moves!
Time: Tuesdays, 3:05–4:05
Instructor: Ms. Silvia
Club Name: Crochet Club (4th and 5th Grade Only)
Description: Crochet Club is a hands-on creative program where students learn basic crochet skills while building patience, focus, and problem-solving abilities. Students work on fun projects, follow patterns, and enjoy a calm, supportive space to create and learn.
Time: Wednesdays, 3:05–4:05

Elevate Middle School
Club Name: Music Production Club (6th–8th Grade)
Description: In Music Production Club, students will explore how digital music is created. They will learn basic music and digital production skills. Throughout the club, students will collaborate, create original music, and build confidence as young music producers in a fun, hands-on environment.
Time: Tuesdays, 2:35–3:35
Instructor: Mr. Jordan
Club Name: Study Lounge (6th–8th Grade)
Description: Need a quiet place to get your homework done? Study Lounge is a relaxed after-school space where students can work on assignments and study for tests. Bring your books, grab a seat, and stay on top of your schoolwork!
Time: Tuesdays, 2:35–3:35
Instructor: Mr. Liang and Mr. Taylor
Club Name: Bring Change to Mind (6th–8th Grade)
Description: Our EMS BC2M Club is a student-led space dedicated to ending the stigma around mental health and promoting kindness, understanding, and support. We meet after school every other week, and on alternate weeks, we host open lunch meetings for all students. Together, we participate in activities, discussions, and projects that raise awareness, teach coping skills, and help create a more inclusive school culture. Whether you want to share your voice, learn more about mental health, or help make our school a safe and supportive place for everyone, BC2M is the place for you!
Time: Every other Wednesday, 2:35–3:35 (February 18th, March 4th, and 18th). Opposite Wednesdays will be held at lunch in the same location (February 25th and March 11th)
