Hello Elevate Families,
We are thrilled to open registration for our upcoming Fall Intersession Program! This program is open to TK–6th Grade students. Space is strictly limited to 45 available spots, so please fill out this interest form as soon as possible.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a spot.

Registration will close on Friday, October 30th. Families will be notified of acceptance by Tuesday November 3rd.​
Students will participate in a variety of academic and enrichment activities throughout the day facilitated by Elevate staff. We kindly ask that lunch be ordered only if your student plans on receiving a school lunch that day. This helps us order the right amount of food and be mindful of food waste. We truly appreciate your support in helping us take care of our resources while ensuring all students who need a lunch receive one. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Program Details
Dates: Monday, November 23rd and Tuesday, November 24th

Location: All students will be at the Serra Mesa Campus​
Times & Pricing:

Regular Day (8:00am–3:00pm): $30/day
​
Regular Day + Extended Care (8:00am–5:00pm): $40/day​​
Cost & Eligibility
The cost to attend is $30/day for a regular day or $40/day for extended care.
** There is no cost for students whose families qualify for Free or Reduced meals, based on the Family Income Survey/School Lunch Application, as well as our English Learners. Those who qualify will receive priority placement. Families who qualify MUST upload their designation.
