Rochelle Carroll

A native of San Diego, Rochelle Carroll dedicated 44 years to education, serving as a preschool and elementary school teacher, instructional leader, and ultimately retiring as Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction. Throughout her career, she remained deeply committed to student achievement and educational equity, while supporting teachers and leaders in creating learning environments where all students can achieve, grow, and thrive.

Rochelle remains actively engaged in education, working with private and charter schools to support student success and organizational growth. She is passionate about helping schools create opportunities that empower students to reach their full potential and prepare for future success.

In retirement, Rochelle continues her commitment to service through her active involvement with the Rotary Club of Chula Vista. She also volunteers as a docent at the Living Coast Discovery Center, helping connect community members with the region’s unique coastal environment and wildlife. Outside of her professional and volunteer endeavors, Rochelle enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Enthusiastic about her work with Elevate School, Rochelle strongly believes in the school’s mission to equip students with the knowledge, skills, creativity, and adaptability needed to succeed in an ever-changing world.
